Return and refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
We offer within 5 days after you received your item(s) – Which means we will refund your money if your items are broken within 5 calendar days after you received your items. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
We do not accept returns if the reason is not damaged/defective.
We strongly suggest that orders received must be tried and tested for any issues within 5 days from the date the order was delivered so we can arrange replacement. If in any case you received a broken or damaged items please report the issue to us within 5 days from the date delivered for replacement or refund.
Note: Any issues reported beyond the allowable supplier warranty period won’t be accepted. “Damage” or “Broken” a photo or video must be presented. If not satisfied, you may need to return the item back to us.
REFUND TIME FRAME
Every refund request will be investigated by our fulfilment department and it will take 2 – 3 working days to process due to the high volume of orders.
We will apply a refund to the original method of payment within the next 48 hours if you are eligible. Crediting to your account could take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it has been over 5 days since product was delivered or there is evidence that the damage is due to regular use or in any way caused by the customer.

REQUIREMENTS FOR REFUND:
- Must include a VIDEO or IMAGE that clearly shows the item(s) we sent was defective.
- Refund request without VIDEO will not be entertained as we need this as proof to claim it back from our suppliers.
- Refund process might take up to 2 weeks progression for verification purpose.
- Shipping Fees will not be refunded back to customers as we shipped the item out.
- Full Refund will be given if customers provided Full Information regarding defective item.
- Full Refund if the parcel is not delivered within our promised delivery time frame. Delivery time frame please referhere.
NO REFUNDS (AFTER 5 DAYS RECEIVED THE PARCEL)

*Please NOTE that the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded, all return shipping fee should be paid by the buyer.
Requirements for Returns:
- Must include a valid original purchase order number provided by Puritechs.com (All purchases made outside of Puritechs.com must contact their seller regarding returns.)
- Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
- Returned products that are not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued after the returns are received.
